The words come with it
A story, a feed post, and the matching caption for each date. Fighters receive their own link with their materials in one place.
From a post. From a printout.

Landon’s fighter page puts his story, matchup, event details, and ticket link together. His QR sheet takes people to that same page from a phone camera.

Landon’s kit is real work. This fictional Kiln City card shows how the full package comes together with a different promotion’s branding.

The project behind the product
Built for
Battle in the Boro.
Fight Week Kit grew out of my work on Ronin Combat League’s December 5, 2026 card.
Landon’s kit shows the connection: one fighter page, matching promotional graphics, ready-to-use captions, and a printable route back to his page. The generator carries those same details through each posting date.
For a full card, the event page and bout-card graphics sit alongside each fighter’s materials. The promotion keeps its own branding throughout.
The counter measures page visits and ticket-button taps. It does not measure ticket purchases. No event results are claimed here.
Before your next card.
What’s included?
Fighter pages; story and feed graphics with captions for three posting dates; a 10-second story video for every fighter; printable QR sheets; an event page; bout-card graphics; and individual fighter delivery links collected on a promoter page. This sample focuses on Landon’s materials.
What if a fighter never sends anything?
Your promotion sends the photos and details, not the fighters, and they’re due 21 days before the event. A fighter who isn’t complete by then gets the name-only version: graphics and video built from their name and your event art, with your general ticket link. The card ships on time either way.
What happens when the card changes?
Tell me which fighters or matchups changed. I update the affected materials. Two bout changes requested by three days out are free and re-issued within 48 hours; after that it’s $40 per affected fighter. Fighters’ page URLs never change. See the change terms.
What does it cost?
$450 per card for up to 6 fights (12 fighters), plus $30 for each extra fighter, up to 12 fights (24 fighters). That’s the founding price for promotions that let me show the work; it goes to $600 after. A 50% deposit books your date. Email me your event date and fighter count to check availability. Full pricing and terms.
Is there a video?
Yes. Every fighter gets a 10-second story video built from the same photo and details as their graphics. Fighters don’t send clips or fill out anything extra.
