Fight Week Kit · Pricing and terms

$450 a card.
Every term
up front.

Founding rate, for the first promotion that books. $450 covers up to 6 fights (12 fighters) in exchange for a short testimonial I can publish with your name and promotion, and permission to show your card’s work. After that first sale, the price is $600.

What every card gets

  • Each fighter: a fighter page, story and feed graphics with captions for three posting dates, a 10-second story video and a printable QR sheet.
  • The card: an event page, bout-card graphics and a promoter page with every fighter’s kit.

One published price; the founding rate is the only discount. Everything below goes into a one-page agreement before you pay a deposit.

The schedule
is the deal.

I take one card at a time, so dates go in order of deposits. No bookings inside 28 days of the event.

  1. 35

    Book

Standard booking: agreement accepted and a 50% deposit paid, at least 35 days out. Rush exception: 28–35 days out, +25%, if the slot is open.

  2. 21

    Data cutoff

Every fighter’s details, photo, ticket link and code are in, with your approval of their copy. The balance invoice goes out.

  3. 14

    Kits delivered

The balance is due before delivery. Fighters post “get tickets” the same day.

  4. 7 · 3

    Countdown posts

One-week and fight-week posts are already in every kit.

Days before the event. An event date is the only thing I need to check whether your card fits.

The fine print,
in plain words.

Payment

A 50% deposit through a Stripe payment link books your date. The other 50%, plus any extra fighters and change fees, is invoiced at the data cutoff and due before the kits are delivered.

Refunds

The deposit is refundable until the data cutoff, 21 days out. After that it isn’t. If you cancel the event after the kits are delivered, the balance is still due.

Card changes

Up to two bout changes are free: an opponent swap, a withdrawn fighter or a reorder, requested in writing by three days out. I re-issue them within 48 hours.

Each extra change, or any change after that, is $40 per affected fighter, best effort; a replacement fighter stepping in is $40 flat. One postponement is re-issued free; a second is billed as a change.

Example: an opponent pulls out and a replacement steps in. That’s one bout change. If it’s your third, it’s $40 flat, however many fighters it touches.

What you send

Your promotion supplies each fighter’s name, photo, record, weight class, hometown, gym, ticket link and code. The fighters don’t have to send anything.

A usable photo shows the fighter’s face, is at least 1080 px on its short side and isn’t a screenshot of a post. I don’t retouch, re-shoot or chase.

Late fighters

A fighter who isn’t complete at the cutoff gets the name-only version: graphics and video from their name and your event art, with your general ticket link. The card ships on time either way.

Late details cost $40 per fighter if they arrive by 17 days out. After that, the fighter gets the name-only version, no exceptions.

Links

Fighter page and QR addresses never change; a withdrawn fighter’s page sends people to the event page, so printed codes keep working. Fighter pages stay up 12 months after the event. Delivery links are shareable by design and expire 90 days after it; downloads already posted can’t be recalled.

The counter on each fighter page measures page visits and ticket-button taps, not ticket purchases.
